I've had mine running for several months without problems, paper jams or issues with the software. This is a good quality all in one printer and fax, which easily connects to your wifi network as well as direct connecting to a PC. You install the driver software on each laptop or desktop PC in your wifi network and then they get the choice of sending to print on the J4680. It's a conventional fax machine as well, connecting to your phone line - it works fine in that role for my home office. Cartridge life seems to be adequate, although you can get a better value 901 XL size, which I'm just about to try. I haven't used it for any bulk copying.

I've had this product for a week now and am very happy with it.I got it mostly for the fax and scanning as I had a printer already,but overall I think it works really well,print quality seems fine and you need only 2 cartridges for it which is a bonus from my last printer,which required about 7!Haven't tested the fax yet,but if there's any issues I'll amend my review.
