Picked up, unboxed and printing within an hour. The printer screen takes you through set up and it really is that simple. Instant ink is also really straightforward and I received the replacement, for when the ink included runs out, in less than a week. Printer will then reorder automatically when required as long as it's connected to the internet. So easy and just in time for home schooling.

my old printer was also an HP office jet which had served me well for over 10 years before becoming inoperable. I was inclined to go with HP once again and am pleased with performance so far. I did have some difficulties with the on-line set up as the particular model was not specifically listed and the "back up" HP Smart process kept failing leading to 3+ hours of frustration.

Easy to set up and use - my 7 year old can use it with ease when doing home schooling - would recommend. Has a nifty setting where you email a document to it and it prints it whilst your away from home! Haven’t used it yet due to lockdown but I’m excited to do so at a later date haha!

Very happy with this printer. Like the wireless connection. I am using Windows 10 so best to just let Windows find and install it on each computer. Was pleased I can also print from my smartphone but don't think I will use that feature often.

Well with the money, easy to install and works with all of the families devices. 3 months free subscription to the HP printer ink service an added bonus. Super quick printing/copying and automatic duplex. Has made working from home a breeze

HP are obviously Desperate to get you paying on the drip for your ink. Once you get round this (there's a "skip this bit" flag in one of the screens) it prints OK. Wireless data connection with a pc and a tablet computer were easy to do.

Easy set up, easy registration/swap from old printer to HP Instant ink. Only gripe is that you have to put the paper out tray in to open the paper tray to fill it which is awkward in the middle of a print run if you run out of paper.

So easy to setup especially since our last one we 3nded up paying someone to install it!!!! Works perfectly even on our grandaughter's homework (it was set up awkwardly so wasn't the printer). Will definitely recommend to others.

Set up as a network printer on HP PC no problem, easier than I'd imagined. However trying to connect to a Mac on the same network was not easy, not sure this is set up correctly yet.Instructions could be a lot better

This is a first class printer .it will do most things for home or small office.the only down side is no real instructions for use . These days everybody thinks we all know how to use. some off us are getting on a bit

Easy to set up. Print quality decent for a mid-range inkjet, speed is fine. Instant ink set up was very straightforward and seems reasonable on costs. Touchscreen makes setting up wifi much easier than my old printer!

We bought this printer because of covid lockdown. It help us a lot to entertain the children with print school and paint stuff. Moreover, I am able to work from home and this help me a lot.

Quick and easy set up of printer and scanner. Scanner has feeder which is very handy for longer documents. Would recommend but only slight downside is print quality is probably not the best.
