Well it arrived bang on time and all went well with the installation until I tried to print from Microsoft Outlook. I have it set up on a network with two other printers, both Ink Jets, It was a settings issue with Outlook as it turns out, but with nowhere to go I decoded to try HP customer support. I will not labour here but suffice it to say, the service I received from HP was outstanding and even they struggled for a long time as to why the printer did not like Outlook. They never gave up and at one point the technician said he would have to go and investigate with his colleagues and that he would phone back at a certain time.

Perfect printer for my daily domestic requirements. Good looking and speedy operation.
