This wall mounted hose system works well and the hose is of good quality ( should be seeing it is of Premium Quality.There are lots of good features but the locking system for anti theft certainly is not one of them. Even taking into consideration the use of a long shanked lock as recommended by Hozelock doesnothing for the security of the reel since the amount of plastic a prospective thief would have to cut through is only a couple of millimetres. I have had to fabricate a metal shroud to remedy this problem.Taking into consideration these facts I would say that this reel is vastly overpriced even thoughit works very well. Four stars only Im afraid.

The hose reel is easy to mount on a wall and can be easily removed in winter.All the attachments are included,I did use some thicker mounting screws than the kit provided,but those supplied would have been adequate.The reel can stow away against a wall and swing out through 180 degrees when in use.If you need an occasional extra length,a quick release extension can be attached.The thing is well made and looks the part,not cheap,but saves all the hassle of no retractable reels,no kinks either.The recoil mechanism uses a carriage which ensures neat return stowage.Best regards from Paul

It’s a must have if your a gardener or have a hose in the garden, ditch the manual labour of winding the reel back in its home, it’s the auto reel you need and you’ll say to yourself why you didn’t buy it before. Worth the money and overall I’m a very happy man

Great product. As I’m disabled it has made life easier for me as I had difficulty winding my old hose in and out. I know there are other cheaper makes available but my old one was hozelock and knew the quality was good. Wish I had bought one earlier.

This reel is good quality, no leaks and does it’s job. It is quite massive but looks well. My only quarm is the recoil could be faster but that’s just being picky.Thumbs up ? from me.

Easy to install. Took about 30 minutes just going slowly through the instructions. All up and running and works a treat. Plus no aggravation having to wind in the hose pipe.

So convenient.The only minor negative is that it's slow to retract when you've only unwound a small section of the hose, but otherwise I love it.Looks great too.

Excellent. Flawless. We've mounted it to the wall in our garden. Easy to use. Smooth pull and release.Very well made product. I would definitely recommend it!

It was well-engineered and had clear assembly instructions which contained words rather then the usual incomprehensible comic strip pictures.

Came promptly in plastic bottle thro' letterbox - good. Never found cheaper and good quality. Easy spreading and penetration

Great product (if a bit on the steep side), but makes coiling in the hose so so easy. Easy to install too.
