was meant to come Thursday or Friday but came Saturday morning worth the wait real happy no more cheap hose pipes splitting and leaking there are in the bin easy to install on the wall , just pull the hose and it coils back into the reel hozelock are the best in hose pipes and fittings defo going to get another one later on good service worth the extra day for waiting for it nice product realy happy 20m hozelock hose pipe if your going to get a hose pipe get a hozelock the one I have got 20m you wont regret it nice product with the 5 year on the product ..

I bought this auto rewind hose assembly, to replace the old handomatic ground standing reel. Well worth the extra cost..watering is now a joy! My back is no longer in agony! First rate build quality and easy to wall mount if you have a 6mm masonry drill bit, and help from someone when the assembly is mounted in its bracket. The unit comes fully assembled and requires no special knowledge to install.I wish I had bought one years ago....but I sadly was a cheapskate.(My wife's opinion)

If you have ever fought the kinks in a conventional hose and been frustrated trying to rewind it neatly onto its reel, then this is for you. The hose is of superior quality and so convenient for car washing and watering the garden. Pull out the amount you need and it locks when you hear the audible " double click". It rewinds simply with a light tug to release the locking mechanism. The reel looks neat on the wall and it can even be locked to its bracket for security.

I have had an identical model to this, must be ten years old now and was still functioning however the hose was starting to bulge in places so time for a replacement; looking around I could not find a better item so went for same again. Fitting it to the wall outside the garage was easy, I simply withdrew the bar holding the old reel unit to the wall bracket and then offered up the new reel unit and inserted the bar again so it was fitted in a matter of minutes.

I first came across this hose when watering a neighbour's garden. and was so impressed that I had to buy one for myself. It's a great product. The hose works perfectly whether it's fully round the reel, or extended, and I love the fact that you can pull it out just as far as you need, and there is no hosepipe kinking or getting wound around your feet. It looks neat too - no more hose wound around the garden tap! Buy one - I doubt you will be disappointed.

I've had all the bits n bats. I've had all the ones that fail and get ya soaked. Decided I would pay the price and get the best.Easy enough to fit. I fit a nice piece of wood to the wall first and gave it two coats of good quality u.v. protection. Then just four screws holes and bush bash bosh job done.Good piece of kit and exactly as described. No wet feet and the plants are smiling back at me.Would I recommend it - hell yes.

Can't get much better than a hozelock, bought it to replace a 15 year old hozelock so has some longevity and it was only the hose that had various pinholes in it. I could have just changed the hose but they are such good value for money I thought I would treat us to a nice shiny new one. But miffed though as the very next day I saw it cheaper and ten metres longer in Screwfix, that will teach me to shop around first!!

So convenient to use, 20 mts of hose, retracting into a self rewind wall mounted case, just superb!Very sturdy construction. The best hose i have ever owned. Pull out the length you require which then automatically locks in place. A simple tug on the hose and it rewinds with no twists or tangles back into its case. Well worth the cost! I cannot think of anything negative about this product.

This Hozelock reel is great, top quality, easy to install and easy to use.You will need to buy a long shackled padlock to secure the hose housing to the wall mounting bracket which for the price of this hose you’d think that the manufacturer would have included one and built the padlock into the price.

An excellent product. Already own a 40metres so it was easy to choose the additional one needed. Totally reliable, would not consider any other make. Auto reel makes it all so easy at the end of your watering session, just literally reels back, with no hassle

Great product, works really well but, don't let it fly back as I did with the last one. Accidentally slipped out of my hand and it came to rest with a bang so, it never rewound fully after that.

This Hozelock is a direct replacement for my previous retractable hose reel, which I have had for years. If it lasts half as long ,which I am sure it will, I will be more than satisfied.

I wanted a hose that didn't tangle and could be stored easily without being messy. This hose ticks all the boxes and even though it was a little pricey, it was worth every penny!

Early days yet but appears well built. Easy to fit and once fitted looks good and works well, though adjustable nozel a bit fiddly so bought a pistol grip multi spray.

Great product, never leave the hose piled up in the corner again or get it tangled up on the reel as it has a moving hose guide that feeds it perfectly every time.
