Fully assembled on purchase it was very easy to connect my hosepipe to the reel and I was ready to go! It is well made as you would expect from Hozelock and whilst a bit expensive it is very necessary so that I can tidy the hose away neatly. A good purchase.

Great hose reel. The side cover comes away to allow you to remove the hose connection, the reel side hole allow you to attach hosting ports or ties. I converted it to reel an extra thick mutiple core 30 metre underwater Romotely Operated Vechile (ROV).

Good product, just a bit fiddly connecting the hose to the internal fitting. This has to be unscrewed and removed in order to push the hose pipe on to the connector. Then refitted to the hose reel carcass.

This is the perfect storage for my garden hose pipe. A light and nicely sized design, it is hard work loading the hose pipe to the reel, but enables use to be easier and practical.

A very useful replacement. easy to carry around hose seems to run well both in and out. only 1 fault cannot be wall hung but apart from that a good buy

Great product and a sale bargain. Bought it to replace a previous nose which was 15 years old. Quality item and easy to assemble and start using.

The instruction leaflet was very unclear at some points, luckily there are YouTube tutorials, they were very helpful

It does what it says but I found it a bit small and difficult to wind when it got near the end of the hose

Bought this to replace an older version of the same, that had started to leak. New one is great,no leaks.

Great Hozelock quality. Will last for years. Lightweight and portable, it rolls the hoze up with ease.
