The pack contained all the parts required to connect to an external tap and to mount the reel on the wall. The template for the mounting screws on the box was particularly useful. The only complaint I had was that the assembly diagram differed slightly from the way in which the hose actually connected to the reel.

It all works as described. Assembly was confusing as there are parts provided which are not mentioned and which do not seem to fit anywhere! But once assembled and installed seems to be good and works as it should.

i purchest this for a customer who had bought a x hose and the inner hose had broke within a cuple of days i advised her to have a real type hose and yours came out on top she is very happy with it thanks

zohad troublefixing the hose to the wheel as i have thick fngers andehen i did get it oni have a small leak but i can live with it i think it should be fitted by the hoze lock people them selves

Great product very good price and delivery would have liked longer hose but the supplied one is way better than the reviews. light weight no kink far better than the more expensive hoselok one.

Brilliant I’m even watering in the rain, well the hanging baskets in the rain. And so handy it’s made my watering cans obsolete.i love the variety of attachments

Needed a hose reel that allowed the hose to be rolled parallel to the mounting wall. This fits the bill perfectly
