Great product, but have to get use to click-clack mechanism, will be nice to have some kind of security, padlock feature, otherwise, it is really easy to take off and run, plus when You remove it from the wall there is no actual handle to carry it around, to put it in the shed for a night, You have to carry like watermelon

I've never had a hose before and wanted a lightweight one. This one is easy, manageable and efficient. It fits so snugly against the wall and moves with ease. Life will be so much easier in the garden now. Attractive looking too,

Very easy to use but was not happy with packaging as the yellow handle arrived broken and when we complained was told to send complete item back (just wasn’t worth it) so we have managed. Needs better package

does what it says on the tin - reels out, holds in place and reels back in with no kinks or messing about, i would definately recommend this hosepipe.

As with all hozelock items the quality is good, works a treat and is the perfect solution for garden hose storage
