Although this is one of the "might have happened" aircraft of WW2, you can't fault Hasegawa and their injection moulding techniques.The model has very crisp lines, with no flash lines on any of the components. Fit - as always - is exceptional, and I have Hasegawa tied for first place with Tamiya on build quality...although in fairness a number of manufacturers are starting to catch up (Airfix included).If you can find the conversion kit to make this a jet - powered version, buy two and have some fun!

The kit looks very nice, detailed panel lines and clear canopy. Good instructions too. However, it arrived with no packaging- just the box (only taped close one side) with a delivery sticker on the cover (luckily i don't keep box art). The boxes corners were dented, however the sprues and decals undamaged.

Arrived way ahead of predicted time !! Fascinating looking aircraft, it should build into a nice model . It has unfortunately got raised panel lines which shows the age of the kit .

Expensive for what it is but the aircraft is quite unique.
