This product arrived very quickly, well packaged, the mug was undamaged from it's delivery.It feels sturdy when held but I haven't had it long enough yet to say if it's easily cracked, scratched or broken or not.The mug arrived in an official HBO Game of Thrones merchandise box. It's a latte mug so it holds a fair amount of tea/coffee, brilliant for work!The heat transfer doesn't look too cheap but because of the design some of the lettering on the 'Winter Is Coming' is slightly darker than the rest but it's still visible. The heat change to the Night King looks very good.This mug is hand wash only, definitely not suitable for microwave use also not dishwasher safe as is the case with most heat change products.This mug is great for the price,

Better quality than expected. The pattern isn't just a print, it is actually embedded into the mug which makes it seem more expensive than it is. The heat-change is very fast and vibrant, only thing I would say is that the image it shows when hot is a little blurry but then it is on a mug so...
