I wanted a comfortable, durable, lightweight, full featured pack that would carry enough gear for 1-3 night camping trips. There are many like this on the market, and many that are lighter, but cost a lot more, or cost less but have less features or arent as durable. This pack was the sweet spot for me. I've trialled it carrying enough gear and food for a 2 day camping trip, including 4 litres of water. On a 10 km hike with steep climbs to above 700 meters, carrying just shy of 30 pounds, it performed perfectly. Very comfortable hip belt and lumbar support that distribute the weight well, height adjustable shoulder straps that let you adjust it to your precise size,

The only bad about this backpack is that there is no adjustement for top lid and also can't take it off. Otherwise very good backpack, top.
