Perfect fit for all my gear for upcoming Camino! I tried several packs (Ultralight Z-packs, Gregory Maven) and since I will not be carrying a tent or cooking gear and packing ultralight, this backpack fit the best on my 5'4" frame. I have ultralight clothing - Mountain Hardware Ghost Whisperer 2 puffy jacket, Helium 2 rain gear, Levi anti/shock poles, and Oofos sandals, etc. plus the Gregory 3D Hydration bladder. I got the Ethereal Grey color and it looks amazing and better than the photos. This pack has The free-floating suspension system, ring cover, hydration bladder clip, sunglass holder, everything you will need if you're not hiking with a tent and a sleeping pad.

I bought this for my 2nd grader in hopes to use it that summer. I decided to give it a test run myself before packing her bag. I loaded it with full 32oz Nalgenes and paced the backyard for 50mins. At first I was pleasantly surprised. The customizable torso is appreciated since she’s a growing girl. I love the zipper pulls and am grateful the rain cover comes standard. I don’t mind that hydration bladders are sold separately because everyone has a personal preference. I took another stroll the next day loaded with Nalgenes and it didn’t seem as great as the day before. I was beginning to miss my deuter trail pro sl 30, even if it soaks with sweat. For me I have come to realize that the suspended back systems aren’t my favorite.

I just love the Jade packs - I have 3 of them (though one is older and not taken out often). I simply love the trampoline backs - keeps my back cooler when I am hiking. Hiking the White Mtns, or going on the Camino de Santiago - these packs have carried everything I needed, been tossed and laid on, stuffed in small spaces and they hold up great! I have tried other packs and I always come back to Gregory's Jade. They are slightly heavier than some packs, but I will take the weight when it gives me comfort. The shoulder harness and the waist belts make carrying what I need seem really easy. Thanks Gregory!!

Haven’t used it yet, but I’ve had the Jade 38 for about 7 years and even though I still use it, I wanted something a little smaller for summer hikes when spare clothing isn’t so bulky. It fits a female body well. Shoulder straps don’t rub under the arms like another brand I tried. It also transfers the load/weight to the hips due to the internal frame so it doesn’t pull on the shoulders. Very comfortable pack. I also splurged on the 2L water reservoir so that I can easily hydrate while hiking in the White Mountains. Well made. I expect to be using it for many years.

I bought this pack for a day pack. It is awesome, holds all my stuff, and can carry my little dog too when she gets pooped out! I am so glad I went with this backpack for so many reasons. There are so many convenient pouches, including the two that are on the waist band, good place for chapstick and my bear spray. There are also a bunch of convenient pouches at the top, in the front so I can keep everything organized. Best of all, my 13 lb best friend fits in there so I can take her with me. This pack is perfect for a all day hiking trip. I LOVE THIS BACKPACK!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my girlfriend as a birthday day since she wanted one after watching me fall in love with my two Gregory packs. She absolutely loves it and I don't think she'll go back to her Osprey 24 anymore. Big enough for extra gear but not too big where space is being wasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this pack - Jade 33 - for my daughter and just purchased the same pack - Jade 38 - for my wife. We are planning a 200km hut to hut hike in the Jungfrau Region this summer. With that, we are just gearing up!

I have the jade 63 and wanted to get the 33 for day trips and smaller hikes. It is the perfect pack for me with all of the features I would want in a pack. The big front opening, rain cover and lots of big pockets, I LOVE IT

I love this pack! I used it all winter and was able to carry everything I needed. Lots of great features and finally pockets on the hip for snacks or phone. I'll never stray from Gregory packs now.

Love the U zip, makes reaching the bottom stuff really easy. Would have liked the rain cover to be in a pocket on the bottom instead of under the top flap.

Perfect fit for 5’7” 140#. Love the color! My 48 ounce Hydraflask fits in the side pocket.
