I rather like this product - to my surprise... It looks a bit cheap but in action it does more than it promises. USB powered (and with an additional USB port to compensate for the lost one on the laptop), the fan functions as an angled base for the laptop too - providing a better angled keyboard. It's also quiet-ish. It certainly can be heard, but it makes less noise than the internal fan in my laptop when it (regularly) overheats. It does render the laptop semi-immovable, but it's only joined by a usb cable so it's easy to unplug if you want a wander. I've not had this long so I can't tell you if it will break soon but it does seem to be working on the cooling front.

Very good quality for very good price. It is better with the fans now for the laptop, also good for change of the angle when look at the screen.

was really good, but you get what you pay for here, as the plastic can easily break ... or I just was a tiny bit heavy handed with it!

This product is sturdy and so far is doing what I bought it for. Much better than the Belkin which proved to be flimsy.

I nice pad that does the trick. Just plug into USB and away it goes. Ideal solution for overheating laptops.
