I bought this to cool a laptop which runs hot when used to stream to a not so smart television. The graphics card must use extra power.The cooler does the job but wiring sticks out of the side of the USB connector and blocks the adjacent slot on the laptop's side. I happen to have a short USB extension cable spare so I can easily get round this.

Works well at keeping the laptop cooler, but placing the computer on it makes it harder to type, so best with an external keyboard and mouse.
