I was looking for a polisher that could handle 10hrs a day polishing without overheating . I was recommended Fein as a really solid make. I was really disappointed with first theSound of the machine ... you would definately need ear protection to use this for more than two minutes . And then was even more disappointed when it stopped working after only four hours of use . This product is really overpriced and if you are looking for durability at a reasonable price I would go Makita all the way

Similar experience to a previous reviewer. I wanted this to be a good polisher, lighter than the Makita but not as durable and very loud. The noise doesn't bother me because I always use ear protection, but it just died on my the second day. Professional use but I would expect this brand to keep up. Shame.
