First of all,If you Google Driver 76 as of today 16th May looking for a review of this title you will be evry hard pushed to actually find one even though it's been out for a few days. I took the plunge and bought it without researching which is something I hate doing as I can't stand the disappointment if it's not very good, and i'm more than pleased to say that it has surpassed my expectations. The Driver series has had a LOT of stick in the past ever since GTA came out and inevitabely comparisons were made. The original Driver for the PS1 was an instant hit and a game I really fell in love with, screaming through the streets being chased by the cops and timing you corner slide to perfection simply couldn't be beaten.Unfortunately as the series progressed the titles took a nose dive and we ended up with the pretty shoddy Drivr3 for XBOX and PS3 that had some shocking graphics and glitches a plenty. So now we have a Driver title on the PSP and I can say that I get the feeling of the original in this game, they have gone back to basics with this one and the end result will put a smile on your face. Graphically it's outstanding with realistic car modelling and reflections on metal and there is the usual debris carnage when you slam into the back of a truck. I felt that at some stages their seemed to be a little slow down when things got busy but it certainly doesn't detract from the experience. The controls are tight right down to the flashy Thrill cam if you press the up cursor, this basically gives you a view of your car in slow motion so if you pull off some cool stunts you can see it all in slo mo. There is only one problem for me and the controls.. there isn't an in-car view.... this to me is inexcusable, i may be wrong but i certainly haven't found it yet.You will get people saying it's not a patch on GTA but what they need to remember is they are actually COMPLETELY different games. GTA is your sandbox style exploration and mission based adventure and 76 is a DRIVING game. Buy it.

I am an extreme driver fan and i love driver games. basically you do missions and unlockprizes afterwards like a car or weapons or bonuses, so i kinda makes you want to finishthe missions so you can unlock your prize.i think the graphics are quite good and themissions get a little repetitive after a while like pick someone up and then drop themoff then have a car chase and then get out and shoot some bodyguards and get in the carand drive off...thats basically all that happens, so if you like car chases and gun games but not reallymuch violence then this is the game for you

Owning a PSP 1000 I decided to give Driver 76 a go as I am a big Driver 1&2 games on the PS1. This psp game is a portable version reasembling Driver Paralel Lines which I played on ps2 and xbox. Its a fun game to have in a handheld. For the price is definetly worth every penny. You will enjoy the 70's feel of the game. Just get it. Great seller and fast delivery as always. Thank You.

This is a fun game. It is a prequel to Driver: Parallel Lines. You are Ray who is in the story in the last driver. Its a fun game and you should get it.
