This is the third time I’ve bought something from Snowinn, In the past six years. Although the delivery is not as quick as UK companies, I’ve always received items well packaged without damage.. I’ve read reviews where people are panicking because they can’t track their package through Post.NL - OK Snowinn should communicate that UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and if you put the tracking number on their site it provides perfectly accurate updates. Would happily recommend and have done to friends whom have all experienced the same sort of service

The delivery tracking display shows the date and time of 4 to 5 days, so it is difficult to know the actual arrival date and time. The packing of the product is doubled and you can feel the politeness. The helmet has a great fit as it is said, and it is easy to replace the visor, which is one of the items I think was good to buy. Question: I did not find a replacement visor. If possible, we are thinking of purchasing a replacement dimming visor, so please let us know.

During delivery, I was worried because the collection status was inaccurate, but I was relieved that it was delivered safely. The packing was doubled and I was able to feel the politeness. I think this product is one of the products that can be satisfied with everything near perfection. I regret that I should have bought a model of the light control visor.

The current position of the delivery status is displayed 4 to 5 days ago, and it is not clear where the actual product is and when it will arrive at home. I have a question. :I searched for a replacement visor, but if you can't find it anywhere, please let me know how to buy a dimming visor.

Apart from the imperfect delivery follow-up and greater than the announced time (> 10 days). Product (ski helmet) conforms to expected and perfect condition!

The quality of the helmet is great. All well packed. The only thing is that the color is not equal to that of the photo, but darker.
