I was looking for a while to get a delonghi bean to cup and upgrade from my perculator style machine.This one was a good price in the sale and so went for it. I’m glad I did. It’s simple to use and clean. The free gifts are a really nice addition and the naim thing of course - it makes great coffee and as long as you have it set to strong taste you get that coffee shop taste.The steamer arm works pretty well and I’ve now realised just how essential this is. The machine looks great and the instructions are really clear.My only gripe is that the drip tray starts to scratch straight away, however I expect that is an issue with most machines that have a polished finish tray.Overall I’m very pleased

Probably the best coffee bean to cup machine money can buy. Of course you have to use great coffee beans and the Morettino beans from Italy are just the best. They make the smoothest coffee ever , but the machine is just brilliant. The creme on espresso coffee is to die for. You programme in your own amount and every cup is the same every time . strength is finely adjustable from extra mild to extra strong. If you are thinking of getting a bean to cup machine look no further. this machine does it all. You don't need the fancy milk holder ,this machine heats milk and makes the best frothy milk in seconds.

my coffee and tea machine is cool. it makes hot ground coffee and the ground coffee hole is really big size to put your ground coffee in. hot water for tea is as hot as my tea urn its a fab machine. when l make a ground coffee for 3 or so people it is really quick you just make the first one and it take less then 10 seconds to make the second or 3rd. depending how fast you are at getting the ground coffee in the hole. you can make different types of coffee strong ,extra strong standard and so on. not tried the beans yet.

What an amazing coffee machine! This was the perfect birthday gift for my coffee addict husband, he’s over the moon! It’s easy to use tells u basically what u should do for it and then kindly gifts you with tasty coffee, espresso, cappuccino! You can even have tea from the hot water tap which slowly fills to brew the perfect cuppa ready to drink! I can’t recomend this machine highly enough! & if u get in on sale it’s win win!

Fantastic coffee machine, simple to operate, plenty of strength, grind, measure options to find and make your perfect cup, so it's bean to cup all the way every day forever more.If you live in a hard water area you will be descaling and replacing filters often though, but this should look after your machine for years to come.

This machine is really easy to set up and operate. You get to choose the strength of your coffee and the heat of your water. There are several choices of size of drink and it 'brews' really quickly. At the sale price it is a real bargain. If you are serious about your coffee buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I looked at this for months and I’m so glad I took the plunge ! We had a filter machine from DeLonghi which was ok but a lot of messing around but this is just so easy which given its bean to cup is surprising. Coffee tastes amazing and the smell of fresh coffee in the house is fab to wake up to.

This is a quiet machine which grinds and brews coffees quickly, adjustable grinder enables a wider range of coffes and a good menu list, ie, long, two cups, espresso and an adjustable amount with 5 strenghs. it also takes pre ground coffee and froths milk nicely. Easy to clean.

It’s an fantastic coffee machine. Well made , functional and very clever.! You can customise your favourite drink however you like . I bought it on very sale and I’m not disappointed. I highly recommended this machine for those who like ve their coffe .!

I had the top of the range model ie £1000 for the past 7 yearsI thought i was going to be disappointed downgrading....This machine is as good, if not better !!!!I am very satisfied and advise anyone to consider buying it

I love my coffee, and this is the perfect accompaniment. I absolutely love this machine and it’s easy to use and understand! It’s expensive but if you drink lots of coffee it’s totally worth it.

Totally love this machine, at last hot coffee, not warm like most makers, milk frother, steamer, stength choices, drink sizes, can do any barista made cofee with this bad boy...

easy to follow screen... keep pressing buttons to see optionsused to the de longhi magnifico so the operation was familiargood cups of coffee... great foamer for cappuccino

Had a Nespresso before and got tired of their coffee. Decided to splash out on a bean to cup and am very happy so far. It's early days but so far so good

The only issue is that it needs to be on for a while to get the coffee up to an acceptable temperature,otherwise,really good machine,and simple to use.
