I'd been warned off the 'travel market's Dalmore bottles, but took a chance on Valour as I'd read good things about it and the price put it not any more expensive than a Dalmore 15 (£60-ish).I'm glad I took a punt... It isn't as balanced as a Dalmore 15, but packs in more flavour. It tastes a lot more like the 15 but with more caramel going on, and a little more burn.I'd put it somewhere between the 15 and Cigar Malt on flavour, but it isn't really in the same league - both of them are more refined feeling. Valour is worth it for the complexity in taste over the smoothness.

Good wee dalmore not as much sherry finish as 12,15,18 or cigar, but worth a taste

You can never go wrong with a Dalmore and it beats the duty free price as well!!!
