Keeps offer hot for ages. As for cold drinks it keeps them cold all day so for long journeys or days where you want to carry water with you it'll stay as cold as you put it in all day. Never leaks unless you put in a hot drink and immediately put the lid on as the steam and heat sometimes make it leak but other than that perfect

Great size drinks bottle, works well for me having grip issues and wanting lids that don't leak so avoiding burns.
