I was really looking forward to using these from the good reviews but now wish I had got a smaller single patch as these dnt stick and within mins already peeling off, am very disappointed in this, I got the hip and abdominal patch too and doesn’t stick much better, I can’t bend down without patches popping off, no good to wear during the day

Do nothing..dont even stick properly .have to wear tights to keep them at place ..anyway i dont see any difference after used of 48 patches
