Delighted with this product - it works very well on my gas hob. Trick is to make sure it is really hot before starting to grill. Do not oil the pan, you can oil the meat or whatever you are cooking lightly and do not move the meat around on the grill until it has had time to seal, otherwise it will stick - leave it for at least 2 minutes. It is quite small - I can only fit two largeish steaks on mine - which is why I bought a second one and use them side by side on two burners when I am cooking for more than two people. They can be washed in the dishwasher and I do use metal tongs to move the meat around.

Previously had a cast iron griddle pan that eventually got rusty after years of use.Have used this one a number of times and it is great!Holds the heat well and gives a good spread of heat over the whole pan and gives a good finish the food!Well worth the money!

This grille pan is great for searing scallops, cooking steaks chicken, chops and vegetables.It's a great piece to add to your kitchen equipment and the folding handle is a bonus.

Pan is ideal for the use in the kitchen. I can cook several kebabs and vegetables at the same time.

Have a big one but this one is ideal for three of us. Veg, Meat, fish anything goes on it!
