We bought this pan to replace a grill pan with non-stick coating. I've not used it many times, but I think at some point I will look to replace it with a pan with deeper grill ridges. For things like sausages or burger patties, it works well as long as you do not crowd the pan too much. Grilling vegetables is a bit more difficult because of the moisture released from the vegetables. You have to drain the pan a lot even if the pan isn't very full.This pan is on the large side, so if you are looking for something small, I'd recommend a smaller size or a different brand. It's a good size for a medium sized family or smaller families who like to batch cook.

I did a lot of research before buying this grillpan and I’m so glad I bought this one. I’ve got a new induction hob with a combi zone, this pan fits perfectly across the 2 zones and cooks the food evenly across the pan. The reason I chose this one is because it is very smooth underneath - an enamel coating stops the cast iron scratching the hob’s surface , so many pans are rough as it’s cast. The really remarkable thing is that Bosch told me this wouldn’t work on a combi zone hob and guess what, it does. Much cheaper than Bosch as well!

I bought this with the intention of using it occasionally for fish, meat etc. but have been using it for pretty much all oven based cooking. The heat is distributed evenly, and it's fairly easy to scrub it nice and clean afterwards. The pan is very sturdy and came out unscathed when I dropped it on my kitchen floor recently, which is more than can be said for the floor tiles!A great purchase, which is now a staple in my kitchen.

I finally got this after a lot of debating about whether I really need yet another thing in the kitchen. But I'm so glad I did. It's perfect for grilling steaks and things that don't take too long. The size is large enough to do 4 reasonable servings. Clean-up is not quite lickety-split, but with a bit of soaking, everything comes off easily the next day.

It's good to get this griddle really hot. Oil meat or veg. with oil (eg spray olive oil), drop onto the very hot griddle and turn when seared. Pop into a hot oven to finish cooking depending on meat, size and degree of cook. (180C for 10 mins)(give or take). The only issues are; received 2 griddles (2 invoices) and you can't really deglaze the pan.

1st one arrived broken, but was free to return, and replacement arrived very quickly. Excellent pan and great to cook with. We use it with two induction zones bridged together, if you plan to do the same make sure you check the dimensions are right for your hob - some don't fit.

I've sued this for all sorts and it's stood up to a lot of abuse without any real difference in cooking performance. I used 2 burners on the stove so as to distribute heat better, but this heavy duty grill also goes in the oven no trouble, or on a BBQ grill. Brilliant

hi i purchased this product and it is good value for money,the pan its self is strong eventhough the handle is not that strong.my wife have grilled chicken and its a good product. i will recommend this grill pan for any one who wants to buy.

The groves are a bit hard to clean but overall, it works well for grilling. The size fits my stove well. I still don't feel confident about the handle however but there's nothing wrong about it.

Cooks a perfect steak. Perfect for a quick and easy and delicious meal. Great for all kinds of meat and vegetables. Can't believe I lived for so long without one. Packs away neatly.

This grill pan is excellent. Great for grilling and the best thing is the handle folds which means its takes up less room in your dishwasher.

Haven't used it yet because not the time of year to go camping. It will be useful for use in our camper van next summer.
