My daughter really enjoys playing 'shop' but some of her items were becoming a little worse for wear so I thought I'd better replace them. I had a look in Tesco and Argos but wasn't very impressed with what they had on offer. When I found this on Amazon I though it would be perfect as she often shifts between running a shop and running a cafe and thought the food items would be ideal for that.I was surprised when it arrived as I was expecting the boxes to be the rather flimsy cardboard ones that she has had in the past but they are all a fairly firm plastic. I expect them to last a lot longer than the previous lot. Definitely a good buy for the money.

Nice food set for a good price. has lots of items in it. Fruits, vegies, soup cans, frozen meal boxes. Came packed up really well and quickly. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that I was expecting the frozen food boxes to be bigger. But they quite small, and they come flat, you have to fold them yourself. But after using them for a while now I think the size is good. It's made for a little people for a little hands. My two year old daughter loves it.

I bought it for my son to keep him occupied in the kitchen as at the moment he wants to help mummy; he still does not know how to play with it (he is 2) but we are counting putting in and out of the box, name the products ... i think it will grow with him for a while until he will realise that boys play cars and transformers not cooking ;)

Lovely set, well received by our three year old granddaughter and was soon placed on her new shop shelves. The adults had fun putting the card boxes together and reminiscing about the junk food and ready meals we used to buy ha ha. The detail on the boxes is lovely, we all had fun playing shop on her birthday and when she visits.

I did it again, I thought I would save some money and buy this grocery set consisting of 36 pieces but NO, never try to save money, ever again - It just all goes wrong!But hey, my daughter loved it and is now using it alongside her "Coloma Carmen Electronic Kitchen with Water and Sounds" so again, all is well that ends well.

This is a lovely set of shopping bits and pieces. The 'boxes' and 'tins' are plastic so won't squash like cardboard versions, impressed with the quality. Good assortment of shopping and will no doubt be a lot of fun.Gave it to my Grandsons aged 2 & 3 and they absolutely LOVE it, hours of fun playing 'shops'.

We've had all this stuff floating about my living room since July now and it's all still in really good condition. The boxes took a while to put together and then I realised I needed to tape them up as my kid kept opening them (thinking there was real food inside - she's not very bright).

Not a bad set for the money. I think some of the packages mean more to the adults than a two year old who has never seen a findus frozen curry! But great fun shoping and playing all good role play preparing for the big wide world.Would recommend to anyone.

Great set of play food for a kiddies kitchen. My two children still enjoy conjuring up 'healthy' meals fo Mummy, and adding pretend tomato sauce to their breakfast cereal! Well priced set, that can in most withstand the rough and tumble of childs' play.

There is a nice variety of food. The boxed items are easy to build and don't need gluing together. The print on the boxed/tinned items is of a high quality and the food is fairly authentic. Perhaps a little pricey but fairly good value for money.

We bought this item based on positive comments from buyers. We were not disappointed. The quality is very good indeed. Our two year old granddaughter is still a bit young for it but enjoys filling her caddy with those items. Good buy !

I bought this for my grand daughter who is currently going through a 'shop-keeper' phase! They are of a good size, but I am most impressed by the food boxes- MUCH sturdier than the usual ones which disintergrate after a short time.

Glad I purchased these as extra shopping items as they are much stronger than the ones you get with a food/trolley/cash register set...they are usually cardboard but these are plastic so more durable, definately recommend.

Brought This toy food for my 2 year niece for her shopping trolly for Christmas, nicely packed and came quick! Would highly recommend buying this for those of you looking for toy food for there children to play with!
