This product arrived well packaged and the day after ordering as promised.I purchased this for my daughter who is 6 for her birthday. I must admit I was very impressed by the Ironing board in particular. Having older girls I have purchased Ironing boards in the past for a much higher cost and the have been no where near the quality of this.Pros:Ironing board is extremely sturdy and durableMade of quality materialsIdeal for children aged 4 - 7 in my opinionGood sizeIron is also good qualityIroning board folds down flat for storage.Cons:Clothes airer is made from very flimsy plastic and was only used a couple of times before bending out of shape.Coat hangers are tiny and only hook over the clothes

Brilliant little Ironing board, Iron, and clothes horse.Wish we'd had something like this when I was a lad, having to learn to iron by watching mum and dad was interesting, but actually trying to do so yourself was a bit scary. Now my daughter can learn in safety and be able to iron safely when she's a lot older. She absolutely loved this when she saw me put it together for her.The ironing board legs fold away the same as a standard board, and the iron luckily doesn't have any pesky leads to trip you up. The clothes horse which comes with a few doll sized hangers is rather sturdy and quite a good size.And funnily enough the cover is exactly the same as our full size ironing board!Recommended

Like most people I rely on reviews when buying almost anything these days, so I feel that I need to review this item. I'm sick of seeing "honest" reviews where they received a discount too.I paid full price. I would again.This is a great toy. The iron is almost identical to my own, it has the temperature dial, the steam switch and the steam buttons.The airer looks great, with its hangers.The board? Brilliant! Sturdy. Height adjustable. And it folds flat if you slide the support out of the bracket. I guess those who said it didn't, hadn't figured that out...It looks great too. My daughter is three today. It's the perfect height on the lowest setting,

i saw that there was a choice of a plastic type or this metal type, from experience i deduced that the plastic type might last a week, so i bought this one. The board is chipboard, the legs metal and the joints plastic ( which i didnt like- metal and plastic together...). but it stands well and is sturdy, but i dont let my girls have free reign over it. They have to ask, and it gets put away, as it could be misused as a table or desk and soon diminish. I have bought a wooden set from a wooden toy company before and that was always coming apart. I think this will last for a couple of years.

I bought this for my granddaughter's third birthday. As soon as her Daddy put the board together she started ironing her doll's clothes and hanging them on the airer. She was particularly taken by the coat-hangers. She is very tall for her age but the board was able to be adjusted to the correct height for her. She was a little disappointed that the iron doesn't make a steam noise (as her cousin's does) but soon forgot about that in her enjoyment of her new toy. The board and iron seem very sturdy and the board folds flat for storing away.

I purchased this children’s ironing board for my 3 year old daughter. It is nice and colourful, Easy to put together, very sturdy,Has a little bit of weight to it so feels very realistic just in miniature version . also my daughter is very tall for her age & the ironing board has 3 settings.We currently have it on the lowest setting so we are still going to have plenty more years of fun with this,The only negative thing I can say is I wish the iron itself made noise but other than that fantastic

Good quality for money. Like the fact that you can adjust the height. BUT my granddaughter was disappointed with the iron. She asked where her lead was (would have been good with a pretend one - think manufacturers under estimate how intelligent our youngsters are nowadays) and wish I had purchased an iron that "made noises" for steam as she noticed straight away that "it doesn't do anything like granny's "

Very well made, extremely sturdy & good proportions, easy to assemble & hours of fun. It's used every day & does get bashed about by a heavy handed & "co-ordination - work in progress" 3 year old, but it is standing up to it all. The only slight negative thing was that a screw & bolt from the assembly pack was missing, but this was soon sorted with the help of Dad & the contents of his "bits n bobs" jar!

I brought this ironing board for my 3 year old granddaughter, she loves it and it does fold flat when they are not using it. Very sturdy and well made. It has an adjustable height which is really handy and is much bigger than some of the others about. I think this will last a couple of years because it can be adjusted as she grows. The iron is more realistic than others too. Great value for the money.

Around great product and my niece seemed very happy with it when she opened it on Xmas day!Only gripe is that the ironing board cover seems a little small for the actual board and comes away at the edges. They could have done with installing some elasticated edge or draw string pull.Despite the minor set back mentioned above, I would probably still recommend this to anyone thinking of buying it.

This is a gift for Christmas so i have only opened to make sure there were no damaged parts etc. Looks like a super little role play set for any young child. Feels quite heavy (sturdy) with metal legs on ironing board so it should stand the test of time. Got this at a great price and feel pretty pleased with my purchase. Of course i will update if need be once Christmas has been and gone. Thank you

Great quality, can definitely tell its made to last. There is 3 heights so its perfect for growing kids. Both my 4yo girl and 2yo boy love playing with. The cover comes off so you can wash it which is fab. Much better than the cheap, little plastic ones you can get. The little clothes drier and coat hangers are a great little extra too. Definitely recommend this ironing board set :)

I was a little nervous buying this because of the reviews saying it was flimsy but I'm glad I did! Was a Christmas present for my almost 4 year old and she uses it all the time, she isn't particularly gentle with it either she drags it to where she wants it and it is yet to collapse or break.I'm really impressed with it, its a good height for her and she loves playing with it.

I brought this as a Christmas present and she loved it. It is very realistic and has added bonus of the clothes horse and hangers. The first one I brought was faulty and the board kept collapsing however Argos gave me a refund as it was an online exculsive we ordered another one & the second board is absolutely fine. Ideal for kids who are into there role play

This ironing board is very sturdy and can be adjusted to three different heights. I brought this for my son last Christmas, and it's still in perfect condition. The iron is very realistic, the coat hangers are very small, but my little boy has never been bothered with them any way.I have just purchased another one for a Christmas gift for a friends child.
