The Canon Zoemini S has a major advantage over the Zoemini C, as it has built-in Bluetooth, letting you print Zink prints from your smartphone. This results in much better looking photos, as your smartphone camera is most likely going to be vastly superior to the camera built-in to this camera. Plus you're able to pick the best shot from your smartphone before printing. Using the Canon Mini Print app on your smartphone, it's easy to preview and setup prints.When you're using the camera, the result you get is a bit like "point and pray" or point and hope. Hope that your photo comes out sharp, hope that you've framed it properly, using the small optical viewfinder, hope that the flash has worked correctly.Even on bright sunny days, the camera can struggle to produce a good result. The ring flash is good for group shots, but if you're too close to the camera, then you can end up with washed-out, over-exposed photos.You'll also get your photos saved to a MicroSD memory card (not provided), so that you have a backup photo if you want, or so you can share them to social media. If there's no film in the camera, then you can't take photos, which is a shame, as it could be useful as a backup camera if your smartphone battery has died, or if you don't have a smartphone. However, you can work around this, by using your smartphone for photos, and then choosing what you want to print.Kids will love this (as long as someone else is paying for new film), and it's great for parties, people of all ages still really love a physical photo of themselves. Sure, it's pretty slow, but it's still cool.If you just want an analogue instant camera, then the Fujifilm Instax Mini range produce much better photos straight from the camera, but the Canon Zoemini S gives a good, compact alternative, and Bluetooth printer from a smartphone is a great addition. Zink paper is also cheaper than Instax Mini, so you're saving money here as well. If you want to save even more money, then you can get the Canon Zoemini Bluetooth printer on it's own, without the camera function.

This is a very smart and stylish camera, available in three colours, and this rose pink one is just right for teenagers and females to have fun with. This reminds me very much of a modern day Polaroid camera, but so much better.Once the camera is set up, it is easy to use and easy to print off 2” x 3” photographs. If you have a bluetooth phone then it is even more useful as you can prepare your chosen photograph on your phone and bluetooth it to the camera for printing.The camera is small and lightweight so is perfect for pockets and handbags. It has an 8 megapixel lens which is not the best but does give nice clear picture with sharp edges.It's totally portable and great for taking pictures and printing off for immediate use when you need to share things like viewing a new home, new baby etc.I've really missed not having physical photographs in my hand to show people of various events or even to give them pictures. Now it is simple to run off three or four pictures of a new family baby to give to grandparents and aunts. The paper itself is around £22 for a pack of 50 so not so expensive when you break down the cost per picture, and the camera comes with a sample pack of 10 to get you going.

Once i got thie setup i was so chuffed with the quality the ease of use and how amazing it is. But it for me was a pig to setup. I found out what i was doing wrong. The use manual is good but it needs to explain the options for setup are down to differences in operating systems and versions within say Android. iOS was easy and ok. Android is where i had a lot of fun. In the end i found what worked was pairing it with bluetooth installing the Canon Mini Print App then use NFC tapping the device to finish the add printer setup and any firmware uodate. The app is great. The edits i found where awesome and the ease you can print from you phone to it... wow. I liked the quality of the prints,and the Zinc photopaper is easy to load and reasonable price for packs of 50. Had a lot of fun with the sample pack of 10 sheets. The camera itself is easy to use and the 8mpx camera is really good. Overall happy to recommend as an awesome product, have your tech savvy friend on speed-dial as you might need them. I think this is a fantastic product for every household, I truly do. Its the modern day polaroid camera with considerably more features and quality. Andrew

I was surprised how stylish this camera looks when I took it out of the box, really compact, light and slick design; its super simple to use and my daughter has had such a fab time with it on our holidays; it prints photos on 2x3 inch sticker paper, and the print quality isnt bad at all. Great to have the novelty of pictures printed instantly, this really is lots of fun. Theres a couple of niggles with it; it's a very simple design and there is no screen to view back photos before you print so you have to hope you took a good pic; you also cant take a photo without it automatically printing it. We ended up using this mainly as a mini portable printer while on holidays and sent photos to print through the compatable app,so you can take a photo on your phone, make sure you're happy with it, and then send to print. It has a really nice mirrored lense at the front which lights up and is good for taking selfies.The features of this might be fairly limited but it is really good fun and would make a great gift for a teenager. This comes with 10 printer sheets included and they're not too expensive to buy. Would recommend.

At first I was a bit apprehensive as I hold something so dainty could be a good camera and printer with this new fangal-dangal "Zink" (zero-ink) paper. But all my fears were put aside. The prints come out quickly and smoothly from the moment the shutter is pressed.The Zoemini S is basically a point & shoot with the added bonus of 1. A grid square on the mirrored front portion so people can place themselves correctly (no missing heads etc) and 2. The "S" version has the Canon Zoemini app which allows you to save your photos to your smart phone and also to print your mobiles's photos onto the Zink paper held in the Zoemini. The paper also has a sticky back, once the protective sheet is remove,hence allowing your photo to be stuck onto most surfaces. Zink also allows the photos to be handled immediately upon printing as no drying time required.Zoemini is small enough to be placed in a jacket pocket or handbag. Zoe is small, cute and totally useful and user friendly. Best Xmas purchase of 2019.

This is a really fun camera to play with. Nice to have the instant photos as well as the option of digital. Pictures quality is what you'd expect from an instant camera, but the option to send images from a Bluetooth device to print is just excellent. It's not a camera that you would use for your main photography, but for fun and parties it's great.

Very nice product. Bought for my daughter, who loves it. Sticky-backed photos are fantastic! Print quality isn't amazing and neither is colour balance. But for a 10yo, it's a perfect Christmas present! Easy to use, fun and portable!
