Lately I decided that I wanted to buy an instant camera so I did a very good research before I buy the instax sq20. So, this instax camera is a hybrid camera which means that you can take a photo but is not printed instantly (unless you choose to), and therefore you can navigate through the photos you ve taken via the LCD screen and select the one you want to print. I believe the main reason I decided to buy a hybrid camera is because I wanted to have the choice of printing the photos I wanted without spending film with dark or bad photos. I am not a professional photographer so for me this was a must. It is a digital camera of I think 3.8Mp which means that the quality of the photos are not the best,

So...the kid had been begging for an instant camera since her birthday in February 2019. She got one for Christmas as it was after her birthday we realised just how much she wanted one of these.She is about to turn 7, so we wanted something sturdy, easy to use but above all else, fun.Enter the SQ20!First: this is very easy to work and the kid absolutely nailed it (even going so far as to take a crazy selfie or twelve.)Next: the print quality is better than expected, although outside in natural sunlight did work better for this, as we had a feeling it might.Last: the price of film...these can be pricey, but if you shop around there are deals that can be found.

Don't forget to purchase the micro sd card as I did! has some built in memory, but a memory card is a must! great to be able to add effects (vignetting and exposure compensation) as well as selective colour/monochrome etc. and see the exact photograph before committing to pressing that print button! You can even search by frame when taking up to 15 sec video, and then choose the best image to print or just to dave on the memory card for post processing. I'd say the image prints are roughly 3/4 the size of the original polaroids from the 70s and 80s, Images look fantastic when taken using the black colour frame film for a more, moody look and feel and look great with monochrome images.

I absolutely adore this camera, bought it after not one but two SD cards failed on me and lost countless pictures of my family and friends, unlike years ago...no one prints off photos anymore, so I decided this year that was going to change. I adore the fact I can delete photos I've taken where someone has blinked etc and it doesn't waste the film like previous instax models. I love how I can even edit prints and add a time stamp. I hardly ever use my phone now, I instinctively grab my instax =) oh it also films movies as short burst of stills, so I've even been able to catch action shots of the kids playing sports. I love it.

When the instal first came out, I got the retro one (non professional model) and I wasted probably about 50 films because it’s a slight chance you get a good photo out of it, because you don’t get the option if you want to print it or not, that feature has saved me so much, and you don’t waste money on blank films. But I’m not a fan of the design of the camera, not the style I like, I would’ve prefer a retro kind of look to it. But for the feature I’d say it’s worth it.

I have wanted an instax for quite some time now, and finally I purchased one. The hybrid is incredibly simple to use and has so many little simple tweaks to make photos turn out brilliant!The digital playback screen makes makes it so amazing.Initially the battery would not hold charge are Argos, promptly exchanged it for me without any stress.

Really great! Worth having a play around with once you get it to get used to the settings, filters, modes etc. Love the screen and having the preview and being able to have more than one of the same photo but in the great Polaroid style!

I love that you can delete or choose which photos to keep or print off.The photo size is good and quality good.Delighted with this smart looking camera.

The camera is worth the money with excellent picture quality which you can edit with the filters and exposure if required. The photos are easy to print.

Just what my daughter wanted she likes that if it’s not a good photo she can start again with so many other features great buy!

Great camera, quality of pictures as expected, could be better but very good for an instant camera. Would recommend it.

When i make pictures and look pictures at screen look amazing, but when i print out is very dark!
