This is the most difficult to operate printer and I'm used to working with tech (hardware and software). It just doesn't connect properly and have to restart laptop, printer and wifi multiple times to make it work. Print quality is okayish, haven't printed much of course as it's such a hassle. I really wished I checked this before. Next time I buy something with a good old wire from printer to computer/laptop. Absolute piece of landfill. Am now speaking to Canon to get it replaced. It's ridiculous.

It worked twelve times and then decided it had a paper jam with an error code 1295. I could blame the engineers who designed it, the accountants are substituted rubbish parts but I keep my disgust for the buyer who allowed this heap of junk onto Amazon.
