Quite simply, if you want a heavy duty angle grinder then buy this!I had a lot of cutting and grinding work to do on a trailer and when my old existing angle grinder went pop, I made the mistake of buying a cheapo grinder for £19.99, that blew up after 5 minutes usage!I searched for a better quality and proper 'heavy duty' angle grinder, and by chance came across this Bosch PWS 700-115.Out of the box and it's worked virtually for 2 hours now doing loads of cutting & grinding (from varied metal thicknesses) and is easy to change discs with a positive spindle lock and tool too.This super little angle grinder never once overheated, quit or caused me any trouble.It's just great, lightweight,

I bought this initially for myself to use with my arbortec as I found most angle grinders far too heavy and too large and for a woman with small hands made your hands ache even after short time use so this smaller lighter Bosch fitted the bill for me but my husband who does a lot of sheet metal work and uses one every day for at least 2 or 3 hours not continuously (as you cant do that with them) and his angle grinder eventually wore out so pinched mine and hes been using it for the last two years so decided I wasn't going to get it back so purchased another. I previously owned a lesser quality angle grinder which always gave me trouble when attempting to use the on/off switch. I used the tool for many tasks but always found its 500 Watt motor wanting. When I took delivery of my new Bosch angle grinder, however, it was immediately apparent to me that the rated 700 Watt motor was much more powerful for any task. I noticed too that the build quality was superior and the tool was superior in every way. Bosch provide a range of power options for the most taxing of jobs particularly if you need help with cutting paving slabs!

The grinder has a quality feel and I like the quick release guard. The plastic feels robust,doesn't feel heaving. My only negative would be the switch. It has a very heavy movement. I know this needs to be heavy for safety reasons but if you was going to use it in industry, in other words for hours you would need to have massive hands or you could say you would develop massive strength in your hands.Great product has always from Bosch that's why I go for them.Good price for a good robust product.Thanks.Lee.

I have had an 11 inch Grinder for about 30 years and did the brushes. About 3 years ago the pop up ones the grinder is still working spot on. I think Bosch is the best tools on the market for hard work. That is why I got the 5 inch grinder this time! The last grinder I had not a Bosch went pop about 2 years of work. Thank You Bosch I have no worries about doing my job with your tools.

No point paying more for a grinder, very happy with this one getting the job done for £37.50. Don't know about durability yet but have been using it for extended periods of time in hot weather with it getting really dusty and not had a problem at all. Also you get 3yrs warranty after registering with Bosch anyway.

I bought my first angle grinder (Bosch) many years ago and it is excellent so at the price I decided to treat myself so that I could have one tool for cutting and another for grinding just to save keep swapping tops. Lightweight and easy to handle and certainly powerful enough for anything that I have used it on

I nearly bought a cheapo from Aldi but decided against it, glad I didn't the bosch is top quality I was only using it for diy but I have lent it it a couple of times and both times it came back with positive feedback.if you are looking for a grinder look no further

Brought this as a present for my brother so haven't used it myself but my brother couldn't be happier with the product, also ordered this late on the 23rd Devember and it arrived next day on Christmas Eve so very happy with the delivery in time for Christmas.

This is good value, but I bought as a gift and the box is damaged and crumpled in the corners, the tool has a few very minor marks but not what you'd expect for something brand new. Looks like I'm giving a friend something I've bought second hand

It’s my first angle grinder and have only just started using it. It will mostly be used to quickly sharpen garden tools and perhaps derusting some metal implements. Minor uses, so the low price makes this a good buy for me. I am happy with it.

This is a fantastic bit of kit. Bought a budget £19.99 one from a well known DIY chain.It fell apart and was useless.This is a Rolls Royce in comparison, superbly made perfectly weighted and a pleasure to use.Well done.ATVBAlan Mac.

Very good quality for the price and seems like it should last quite a long time. Only downside being their long 3 year warranty needs registration in which all sorts of spam emails and advertising has to be accepted.

This is the business !. Loads of uses, I've lost count of the jobs I've done already!. A trusted name and we all know they last for ages. An utter bargain at the price I paid, not enough stars for my liking !. :)
