Seems identical just tiniest bit lighter smaller with the exact same feel as the original. So over all more compact with the positives of being that slightly more lightweight portable drill for all round work and home purpose. And I believe it will compare identical in use though the specification for example 38 NM of torque to it's predecessor of 48 NM Torque with extremely small difference in revolution speed of 400-1350 and previously was 400-1650 min-1 please see pictures.Otherwise with such a small margin of difference it will be unnoticeable!!!I would highly recommend it for the extremely good price compared to retail stores.

I bought this as I had one that was up to the Job. It kept running out of charge failing to drill the hole and difficult screws just wouldn't screw in. After buying the Bosh one I was so pleased. It was powerful and always ready when I needed it. I am in no way an accomplished DIY person but with the Bosh drill and screw diver. I managed to fix a bench and put decking boards on to the decking frame. I have done a few other jobs around house too a door plaque and toilet roll holders. I found the Bosh drill screw diver light weight and very powerful and with 2 batteries always ready too. I would recommend the Bosh to anyone doing these kind of jobs around the house and garden.

I was fed up of drills and screwdrivers letting me down. Either not charging or batteries overheating. So I decided to get a set that wouldn't let me down. I bought a Bosh as I knew the name brand. I used it to put up a gazebo I had bought which was Alan key bolts. I found the right bit for the end of the drill/driver and completed the job myself within an hour. Battery life was brilliant it was light weight and easy to hold in awkward angles. It was powerful and the light and adjustable speed facilities were very helpful. Overall I would recommend the Bosh drill/driver.

Really pleased with this. Having lived with a 9v Bosch cordless drill for years, which was ok for plasterboard & wood but terrible for concrete and brick, this drill makes those jobs simple and effortless. Really good item. Spent two hours *trying* to put up a punchbag bracket in garage with old drill, this did the job in five minutes and screwed the screws into the wall solidly too!Note that the picture shows the PSB model (not PSR as described) and it is the PSB which is supplied - better in my opinion as has impact drilling option for concrete.

Quality product I will say one thing when registering for extended warranty the serial number is on a sticker on the side and a warranty card is inside so take a picture of the sticker on the side as you'll have to open the case and the sticker is on the seal compact ergonomic good looking box love the fact you get a spare battery and one hour charge time is very good and the batteries are interchangeable with other Bosch products I would recommend this product

Bought this drill to replace my old one which had seen better days. Went for this product as it was a combi drill and also that it came with a second battery. It is so easy to use and the chalk lets attachments to be tightened easily and properly. The three mode selection allows for easy drilling into wood, masonry walls and tightening screws. The battery life is very good.

Used this a few times now, 1st job drilling deep into masonry to hang a TV. The gun tackled that with ease. It's a good weight has all the functions you need to do most household jobs. Great having 2 lithium batteries as these are what costs and has a case with a little space for keeping gun bits, drills etc. Love this gun would definitely recommend.

I do lots of woodwork and bought this more to use as a screwdriver than drill in the hole that it was lighter than the Dewalt. It’s a lot lighter and very easy to use, battery life is good but don’t expect the sheer strength of the DeWalt as it isn’t there but for diy I think it’s more than adequate for the tasks.

Quite a nice hammer drill driver, only fault i noticed is the batteries last around half an hour before draining that is why you are supplied with two. Definitely not for site use but great for home diy projects unless you buy higher amp 18v batteries that last longer. Lightweight and small which is perfect

I bought this for two reasons:Got a good deal on Very.co.uk and I had a large DIY project on-hand.Really loved the part where I could switch between the screw driver and drill, and also the placement of buttons to reverse the flow was so very convenient. A great product design.. loving it...

The lightweight feel belies the power this little machine has. The spotlight is a boon for dark areas of rooms or having to finish jobs into the night. Much safer especially for ladder and roof work, having no mains lead gwtting in the way or wrapping around your body.

This drill seems to have more torque than the much heavier (and physically bigger) version it replaced. Excellent quality and at a price that doesn’t break the bank. Get the kit with two batteries if you are using it on a big job. In fact now have two complete kits.

My Husband has a whole host of different drill but feels this is one of the best he has, small and compact with a whole lot of power, fast charging batteries which once charged last for the whole job. Thank you for a very fast prompt delivery service

Compared to my old 18v nicad drill this is a godsend, plenty of power, after putting in numerous screws into timber, there was still plenty of power left to drill into masonery and it did it with ease, recommend ptoduct and well worth the money

I checked all the various brands for a Cordless Hammer Drill. So glad I chose the Bosch. And with 2 Batteries, and less than an Hour charge time, what more could you ask. Batteries stay fully charged even with periods where I haven't used.
