My son has excema and we used to have a nightmare whenever we went on holiday when he went in the sea his body stung from the saltwater. We were recommended this by a pharmacist in France and we put it on him before he goes in the sea and he's totally pain free as it acts as a barrier, no more tears, happy beach times now!!

I have atopic dermatitis on my hands, i tried a lot of creams including prescription creams. this is the only item which made a change after only one time of using it!! the skin stopped irritating, i woke up this morning and the redness is almost gone, few more uses and it would probably disappear! its like magic!!

I've got very dry skin and 2 years ago I had mohs surgery for skin cancer on my face. The hospital recommended this for healing the skin. Only need a small amount. Really helped to heal the scars. When it run out I reordered it and still use it to keep the scars moisturised. I highly recommend it.
