I have very dry skin (eczema) and have tried almost every single cream you can find (even the one on the NHS) without having the results of this one. To me it is almost a "miracle" as my skin stays hydrated 24h with it (usually by night my lizard skin is back and start to be itchy as it is starting to be dry again).Realistically it is bloody expensive (especially in the UK) but since so far it is the only one that has worked for me I would say it is worth it. Alternatively you can buy the cream one (not the PP Baume). It will work better than other creams (around 12£ a bottle) but not as well as this one!

I've been using this on my daughters eczema/dry patches since she was a baby with very good results. It's not greasy and sticky and does not leave a residue on the skin. Quickly absorbed and leaves moist skin.Now the whole family is using it.My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey. So 1 less star. The product itself is 5 stars

I have very dry and itchy skin. I apply this cream once a day on most of a my body after showering. Its brilliant. My skin is far less dry and irritable. I would recommend this to anyone who has itchy skin.

BIoderma has keep my skin soft and smooth, it also keeps my skin hydrated through out the day. However , because it is a bit oily I do not use it on my face.
