Bought one of these to use with my xbox one. Right out of the box the unit was well made and sturdy but that is where the fun stops. Just registering the device was a challenge with Aten website being hard to navigate. Finally after getting it registered it was time to hook up keyboard and mouse. In order to make a config you need to plug the unit to a computer or laptop and download Aten's software. The software looks easy to use but when you look into it the instructions make no sense at all so you end up just guessing what you need to do. After best part of 12 hours trying to get the device to work and several phone calls to Aten and 6 emails to what they call there HQ department we could not get the device to work.Would I recommend the Phantom-s,

Really complicated to set up and use once it eventually worked !Not compatible with all games and settings seem different for the games it does work with !Returned for a refund
