Love it. Razor sharp, and just remember, let the knife do the work. No need to press down, just slide the blade across the meat using the whole length of the blade. I use it for many different cooking tasks, not just dried hams. I recommend making a cardboard sheath to store the blade safely, as the only negative is the poor way it was packaged and delivered. Very dangerous, just the loose knife in an A4 cardboard Amazon envelope.

The knife is great. Just what I need to cut cakes slices. However, the delivery of it was difficult. Amazon state that I would be required to show ID. Fine, except they failed to say it had to be photo ID!!! I don't drive, so no licence. And don't have a valid passport!. So beware, don't order these items from Amazon if you don't have PHOTO ID.

Amazing knives slices though my cakes with ease but there so so sharp with no protector on so storage is difficult as iv sliced my finger just trying to get them out of storage as obviously there up and away from little hands but the lethal sharp so if u want a super sharp quite sturdy for its long size there well worth it

For the price this was amazing. I smoked a 6kg Beef Brisket and needed a knife quick. This was on prime so I ordered it. It sliced the brisket perfectly. My plan was to order a better knife the next day. It's been 2 weeks now. I'm still using this and haven't ordered an alternative yet. Great value.

This is a great slicing knife for 5.71£. Thin, long and sharp blade. I am using it for slicing cakes with it, when i make some, and it is just perfect for that.

for the price what else can you want?but its really nice, im surprised how good it is....this knife in spain worth 20 euros more or less

Metal is a bit thin but razor sharp will have no problem using them or sharpening in the future

Cuts beautifully wafer thin tomato slices ,the tip is sharply pointed so be careful with it !!!
