Bought this because I’m a big fan of 9 hours, 9 persons, 9 doors (and the sequels were okay).The game follows Date, a “detective” for a special branch of the police who use “psynching” to access people’s subconscious called the Somnium. His partner Aiba is a special AI who is instrumental in both the real world and within the somnia of people they suspect.The game revolves around one main case, and the story branches during the somnium levels. There’s many endings and one true ending (which was excellent).Both the investigation and psynching portions are fun and there’s lots of silly Easter egg inetercations between Date and Aiba. Psynching puzzles are pretty abstract compared to the escape room puzzles of 999,

I really enjoyed Uchikoshi's (the writer) other games, but I held off on buying this for some reason or another. Since the lockdown happened, I decided I would buy it to see if it's as good as the others. It's fantastic. There are multiple branches to the story to explore, and many little nooks and crannies to get lost in. The running jokes are hilarious, but they don't interfere when the story becomes more serious. The characters feel fleshed out and well written, and I really appreciated how even characters that in some games would be played for jokes (Mama, for example), are given dignity and respect. The characters are realistic even if they are in some respects tropes,

Aside from being sold from the fact this game was written by the same guy from the Zero Escape series, this has seriously gone beyond expectations.The story itself is fantastic and IMO, can be complicated to some but explained in a way that's much more easily understood. The humour in the game is not overboard and is actually funny. The moods it conveys feels real and genuine and the characters are well written and developed. Though a difficulty some may find are the Somnium exploration aspects. Sometimes what you need to do is rather obscure and confusing, though thinking hard about what to do next will make sense (in most cases).I will say that this game does have frame rate problems,

Apsolutely loved this visual novel. It’s got multiple endings and the story was fantastic. You’re Kaname Date, working in a special branch of the police force that is able to delve into the minds of people to help with investigations.A distant friend have been murdered and you’ve been asked to help investigate her death...the more clues you pick up the more interesting and gripping the story gets with multiple different endings. I’m only able to play games at the weekend, and this kept me engrossed for a good couple of my weekends! I would 100% recommend this to any visual novel lovers out there. There’s even some unique game play. 5 out of 5!

It's one of the best visual novels I've played. All the characters are realistic and different, with you feeling sorry for most of them throughout. The evil characters are EVIL, like really evil, and gave me chills down my spine. The story is quirky and interesting, and you keep guessing who did it until the end. Perfection.

The product arrived well before the expected deliver date, the box was new and sealed and arrived in a bubble packaged envelope, the only issues is the disk was loose in the box but that would be from travelling and is no fault of the seller. I have yet to run the game but everything looks fine and no scratches on the disk

Love it! Haven’t beaten at the time of writing (only gotten 3 endings so far) but I love everything and everyone in this game. A definite improvement over Uchikoshi‘s (the game’s director) previous outings, especially Zero Time Dilemma. Pick up if you like the Zero Escape game or Danganronpa

Item was nicely packaged when it arrived and still sealed. Game runs nicely on my switch lite and is enjoyable so far! There were two cute stickers included in the game box.

An amazing game would recommend. Though I would recommend the PS4 or Steam version over the Switch version since the Switch version struggles a bit.

Fantastic adventure game, especially for any fans of weird trivia, conspiracy theories, and of course fans of the Zero Escape series!

Great visual novel type game with excellent plot lines and user friendly in game structure. Somiums are a good addition.
