The Tunguska event is even today a mystery to science today. Although there are plausible hypothesis, there is no proof for a final explanation for the event. The developers of the game give a fictional explanation which works as a foundation for the mystery plot of the game. Don't expect to learn more about the actual event though. The story is nice, with an abduction, a conspiracy and view twists in the plot. Also the graphics (2.5 D) are beautifull with lots of detail and little animations. Especially the animation of the 3D characters is done exceptionally. The 'body language' is very convincing. The puzzles are mainly inventory based and are sometimes a bit illogical. This means you tend to use trial and error a lot to find the combination the developer thought of. This the only minor issue I have with the game. Otherwise a solid and entertaining adventure!

I'm not really one for writing reviews so don't expect a quality review.I really enjoyed playing this game and I've played the game through so many times now I always know what to do next, going to have to put the game down for a while so I can forget some of the puzzles!. £5 for this game is the best price you could ask for, I paid £19.99 for this on release and even then it was worth every penny. I've been through a few Point and clicks over time (best goes to Simon the sorcerer 1) so 2nd best is still a good spot to be at. I'm also into games like Counter Strike Source but this game is great for any casual gamer and my brothers wife loves this game.

I am not sure about this game as some items I cannot pick up and i have downloaded the patch which is supposed to remedy this but I am sure if it worked right it would be a good game. maybe its just me but it is rather frustrating when the photo on the floor in front of the radiator cannot be picked up and i have opened the fuse box and it tells me I had better not touch them as i dont know which fuse to fix . overallI give it 4 stars as I think if I persevere I might get somewhere with it eventually. I will keep trying.!

I've always loved adventure games, and this one really doesn't disappoint. The storyline is a gripping save-the-world type plot, and the gameplay and puzzle difficulty feels just right. If you want something that will really make you think outside the box, then this is definitely for you!If you are looing for another adventure game to add to your collection, or if you are new to the adventure genre then I would definitely recommend both this, and the sequel (Secret Files 2: Puritas Cordis).

love this game, really makes you think, there are some strange things you have to do and combine together, that you just are not able to think of, but really has kept me hooked.Am now looking for something just as good to replace, it am almost finished, and want another challenge.

I just wanted to point out that on the back of the box it says that the game will NOT work on laptops and/or integrated graphic chipsets.I however am running this game perfectly fine on a laptop with an integrated chipset! So don't always believe what it says on the box!

After reading some good reviews of this game, thought I'd give it a try. Enjoying it so far but, it doesn't work out of the box on Vista. You will need to download the readily available online patches before anything happens.
