I bought these Zwilling knives for my wife, who exclaimed that they are so light and with a small enough handles for her to use with confidence. So far they have maintained their wickedly sharp edge which makes cutting a joy. We always wash by hand rather than attempt to place them into a dish washer which will eventually damage the handles and may well blunt the blade edges. Do I think they are worth the money, the answer would be yes, since they are a long term investment rather than a fashion statement. Essentially you pay more for a German made quality product that should last for years.

This was purchased as a Christmas present so has not as yet been used. However, as I worked in an upmarket kitchen shop I could always confidently recommend this product
