Hi,got my copy to Germany after one week and must say its like I hoped. The control is good and the cue work like expected.Cant understand why people wrote that the hand will block the infrared signals, because the power of your shot is determined by the accelerators in the remote and not with the infrared signals like WII Play Pool.I not say that the controls are easy, but everyone who ever played real snooker will agree that the cue control is not easy in real life too.The graphics are PS2 or WII standard. Their only very few games for the WII with better than PS2 graphics, so I expected no "High End" graphics here.To get good results you need to practice much and use the power test mode, without pressing B on the WII remote, much. Also the opponents are very though, but they are the best of 96 snooker players. So don't expect to beat them with a highest break of less than 20.In my opinion the game is as close as it can be to real snooker and so I enjoy it very much.If you love snooker, buy it.

If you play snooker then you will be able to get to grips with this game. If you are not familiar with ball control then you will probably struugle to get any enjoyment from it.The manual that comes with the game is very sparse and the learning curve is quite steep. It has a slight RPG game type feel where you accumulate skill points and use them to upgrade your stats. I couldnt see anything in the manual to explain this. Having said that, the ball physics seem accurate with spin, swerve etc all possible to pull off. The computer controlled players take no prisoners so practise is required to become consistent with potting etc.To sum up...if you play snooker then you will enjoy this (unless you can afford to have a real table in your house). If you are a newcomer to the snooker you will struggle

We bought this for ourselves for Christmas. The first few days of getting to know the game were frustrating but once we got the hang of it we love playing it. My only critisism is that the scenes going to and coming from the players room to the venue cannot be totally skipped as it just wastes time. The gameplay is very realistic and you get as frustrated at your mistakes, and elated at your successes, as a real game. We have found out how to quicken your opponents shots so this saves time. If you like the SLOW pace of a snooker game you will enjoy this but if you want lots of action it is not the game for you as this has the pace of watching snooker on the TV.We were pleased with our purchase.

Excellent game if you like snooker. The game is realistic and very challenging. I have only played on career mode to date, and have quickly learnt that you must attempt to complete the pracice mode before competing on the circuit. Practice mode allows your character to build up points and become better at certain aspects of the game.In all, I have found this the most enjoyable and challenging sports game since Wii Sports. I play snooker occasionally but don't love it or watch it avidly. Yet this game draws you in and allows you (with practice) to build breaks and make some spectacular pots. I have the cue which is worth getting with it to add to the realism - it does not get in the way.

I got this game when it first came out on the 14th november after waiting months for it. I found it quite hard to control it first of all but i soon got the hang of it i love it, its very realistic and its cheaper then playing it for real at a club. Its alot more fun if you have the cue though. One thing i find it is a bit annoying is that they dont have any female players so i have to play with a man called Rosie which is my name but apart from that i recommend it. Fun for all.

This product was in very good condition and had all the instructions intact. We have yet to use it much and it looks as though it will take a while to master. Disappointed that you cant have a female player to construct in your own image! No problem with the cue masking the sensor as some people had described.

I got this for a freind of mine and we ended up playing it for hours!Once you get used to the Cue (dont go waving it all over you wouldnt with a real cue afterall!) the game becomes even more enjoyable! This was a great gift for my freind and im sure you will find the same!GREAT FUN!

Fantastic game, I bought it after months of eagerly awaiting it's release and wasn't disappointed. It takes a while to get your head around the controls but once you do it's so addictive. The best Wii game so far, if you love snooker you'll be addicted!
