This is a top game and a must for snooker fans.We all know that the Wii was designed for fun, jump around the living room, style game play, graphics have never been top of the list. I was very very suprised then to place this game in the machine and find myself smiling at the graphics as well as the game play. There will always be those out the who will fault a game, but for me, WSC 09 has the graphics and the game play to make this a very very good game. The controls take a few goes to master but once you have them its great fun.I shopped around before buying this and once again Amazon had the best price (Check any cheaper priced item to see if it incluces the cue).I have one small gripe but it isnt with the game. The cue, comes in four parts, cradle for the controller and three rods which make up the cue. The top two sections of the cue screw together, no problems, BUT, the middle section only pushes onto the lower section. This, I suppose, allows you to quickly pull the cue in half and shove it in a drawer..... on mine it keeps working loose during game play and I really wish the manufacturer had designed it with the middle and lower sections screwing together too.If you are a snooker fan, you'll love this game

Together with the cue attachment, this game is great fun. The Wii control fits snugly into the cue nicely, and the cue seems solid enough, bearing in mind it's four pieces of plastic screwed and clipped together, but it just feels right. Gameplay is also suitably impressive - a raft of options from practising to a full season of professional tournaments. The option I found most useful was the help turned on, which showed the direction of both the cue ball and object ball, which does make the game a lot easier, and allowed me to compile a break of 23 in my first session. The computer does put up a stiff fight, meaning that to make any progress lots of practice is necessary. Even when things go wrong,it provides much entertainment. I laughed for about five minutes after one of my breaks ended up with the white in the corner pocket, and reds all over the table. Downsides? Just a few. The commentary is rather inane, with both commentators saying the same thing before a shot on occasions, the computer does have a high skill level, which may be offputting, and it can be tricky to select spin with the cue attachment, but these are minor irritations in what is an otherwise superbly presented and hugely entertaining game.

I got the cue with the game, although you don`t really need it. I actually bought this for my snooker mad Dad who is 81 years young. He found it relatively simple to understand which is amazing because he still hasn`t learnt how to text a message on his mobile yet!!The overhead view is really good and it is fairly realistic. My Son at 26 yrs really enjoyed the trick shots, so it is good for all ages. All in all good but not brilliant

A very good game but you need a level of skill to make any headway with it.Very addictive.I have only used the practice free play snooker.Had ago on the 8 and 9 ball pool.Have yet to try the challenge side of it ie play against a professional.I dont think i am that good yet, practice will tell.

If you love snooker you'll love this game. The controls take a bit of getting used to but when you have mastered them you'll be rattling in high breaks and competing against the very best. Graphics are top notch and commentary superb. I highly recommend this game

This game comes with a cue which i found that it was needed to take shots ok.Found it hard to tell which colours were what sometimes. The help promps i found landed in front of the ball i was trying to pot.Still its a good game may take more time to get use to it.

Takes a while to get the hang of the controls but a lot of fun when you do. Nice mix of different games. The coaching section is particularly good for non snooker players. I have got a few of the trick shots off pat.

Very good game. Takes quite a while to get used to though. Takes patients! Probably be a better game to play on xbox360 or ps3!

Good game for the Wii. Took abit of getting used to. Not for young children they would get too frustrated.
