just got mine today . however there is a caracked line (see photo) on the plate. I wonder if its normal or it's broken ?I love the design but I'm certainly hate to see that cracked line on it.. might return it because its looks awful & looks like I got the broken one. its will be dangerous for me to use it as well. I wish the customer service can get back to me. I'm not sure how to contact them ?
