Unlike a couple of other aftermarket filters I've tried, this one is a good fit, per the original, in my VAX bagless upright. The price is very welcome compared with the exorbitant originals, because the design of the cleaner overall is frankly poor, and recovering the filter when emptying is by no means guaranteed unless you enjoy getting covered in dust. The cleaner's shortcomings are not the fault of this filter, though. The additional filters in the pack don't seem particularly applicable to my cleaner, but it's a discontinued model and not explicitly listed as compatible so no surprise there.Considering that the "cyclonic" action of my (discontinued) cleaner is less than inspiring,

Bought for a Vax centrix 2 pet hoover, had the hoover a few years now and I had always just brushed the filter into a bin and reused it, I decided to actually buy a new one after even brushing it it wasn't getting any better but the suction worse ie sock fluff. Anyway saw the horrendous prices from vax and thought no way then found this compatible set on amazon. For the money it's excellent, the main cone filter fitted fine and the small motor filter a straight fit!, the other two filters it doesn't use!. I wasn't expecting a lot of difference but wow!, it feels like it's brand new again and sucks the carpet up!,

Purchased for a Vax Swift 1700 (VS-190), I received the HEPA filter plus 3 pre-motor filters (each suitable for a different vacuum so only one should prove useful, as was my case).Both the HEPA filter and the larger white filter slotted in perfectly well. Vacuum now works noticeably better (you can tell by the suction force applied to the carpet).This is not a genuine Vax filter (and doesn't claim to be) but at £4.15 (vs £12.99 via Vax), this is proving just as effective and has rejuvenated my vacuum. Delivery was excellent too.Job well done and very satisfied.

Allows you to have one of these filters drying, after a thorough wash, while you use the other. I just blast it with a strong water stream and scrub the grooves out an old toothbrush. I dry it vertically on the radiator. Many re-uses are possible; if carefully cleaned, it seems to never really deteriorate. The lookalike item I received is exactly the same in every way as the original that came with my Vax Power 6 2200 watt (labelled as 330 air watts) cleaner.

there is absolutely no difference between this and a genuine Vax part I will definately be buying from this supplier again for years I have been replacing these parts from Vax it has cost me pounds. I was at first a little doubtfull about buying this but it comes in exactly the same packaging as the ones from Vax and does exactly the same job.To fit VAX models below, This is a Genuine Hepa Filter Set 4 VS18, VS19, V006, V-041

It's difficult to write about a vacuum cleaner filter. This fits our VAX V006 perfectly and gets the cleaner working as good as new.One word of advice to purchasers is that this comes with three filters. You only need one for your cleaner. Which one apparently depends on the model, but for ours it goes directly under the waste basket. For the V006 you need the blue one in the middle of the picture.

I wasn't sure about buying or using a cone filter other than vax, but the write ups were good I took a chance it fits my model perfectly, I can only use one of the other filters in the pack, but no worries it was such good value that I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another pack,It was delivered within a day , good quality and it does the job.

Ordered one a Sunday and items arrived on Tuesday am! Very impressed with quick service, items just as described. Excellent price 1/2 of what I paid before (from someone else). I would just have liked an instruction note to show where all the filters go as I cant remember from when I bought hoover. Overall 10/10

Packaging was a little rubbish, but the product arrived undamaged!Very cheap but easy to fit, it could have done some instructions where the filters go as I really only needed the cyclone and motor filter but it came with 2 other filters which took a while to find!Great alternative for the expensive original!

The filter does not have a smell as my last one, the last one was clearly too old and required disposing of.As this came as a kit, I have two extra filters but have no idea where they are suppose to fit to; so it seems I have "gotten more then I can chew".I find the price was cheap and cheerful.

I thought my vacuum cleaner ws on the way out, but as a last resort I would try a new filter - EXCELLENT!!! Far, far cheaper than buying from the manufacturer and is the real deal, not a cheap import.Excellent packaging and delivery time - Highly recommended.Will definately use again.

Fits my Vax no problem. The large filter is studier than the one it replaces and seems to be just as good at picking up fine dust. The other three small pieces of foam that came with it are of no use to me. I can't find anywhere on my vax where they fit. other models perhaps.

I had inadvertently thrown out my filter when emptying the vacuum so bought this replacement kit.The price was good, the package arrived quickly and the filter (I only needed the large filter, but kept the others for future use) fitted easily and did the job.

My vax now picks up dust again and feels like new. I had worried it wouldnt be as good due to the price and had thought if its not i havent lost a great deal so is worth a try.Arrived swiftly and fits exactly as genuine.No complaints at allHappy customer
