The pic now showing is correct as of Sept 2, 2013. Well done Amazon!! (at last ;o))This old message is now invalid...(.... all of the pics that showed AAC30 as "non-genuine AAC30" looked like the AAC30, however AMAZON's own pic was not what you'd get if you ordered one; the AMAZON pic. is that of the Miele AAC50 filter. I've told AMAZON of the problem however the wrong pic is still up there as of today (Sept 1, 2013)... My own pic of the MIELE AAC30 shows what you'll get if order an AAC30 (it's approx. the 15th pic showing as "customer images" - look for my "Miele AAC30 box with its AAC30 filter lying on a biege worktop". Hope this helps.)

What can I say? My Miele Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner is about 16 years old. I wondered if the spares for the model were still available.I couldn't get this is Cyprus where I live, so was delighted to find a supplier of Miele Parts for every type and model on Amazon.com. My only complaint was that this company wouldn't post the air filter to me in Cyprus. Why not, it's part of the EU?However, I was able to get it sent to the address of a friend in the UK, who kindly posted it to me. Eventually it arrived safely. I am pleased to have it and my Miele Vacuum cleaner is working as well as ever.

I have a number of Miele products and they are all excellent. This HEPA filter is the best vacuum cleaner filter Miele make, and it really works. It is a two minute job to fit and only needs replacing after a year of use - which makes the cost more reasonable. The indicator on the filter shows when it should be replaced. Take care to make sure you get a genuine Miele product as there are many fakes around. Miele quality does not come cheap!

Good price for original manufactured parts specific for my vacuum. Works fantastic now with great suction and dirt stays in bag with hepa Filter and original bags. No dust or nasty odors emitted into atmosphere. Great if you suffer from hayfever or alergic to dust like I am.I find copy parts never work with the same efficiency.

Great value original product. Bought for an old Miele that I got from my mother-in-law, and she hasn't changed the HEPA filter in 20 years, whilst simultaneously blasting about how good the hoover is because it's HEPA. How there is actual filtration behind that statement, as the previous filter was completely black with dust.

Bought a "compatible version" from Barty Spares on another website. It was slightly too big but I went with it to save a few pounds. It then happened that I had genuine Miele one to replace it with a couple of weeks later. Noticeable improvement in performance using the genuine one. I won't buy compatible again.

As I am a Miele owner the best that money can buy, genuine parts from miele are a must always. I have been a guesthouse owner and having had several vacuum cleaners let me assure you nothing compares with miele. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Great service from this retailer. Easy to fit with no fuss. Immediately stopped the musty smell that we were experiencing before when operating the Miele vacuum, which, in all fairness, was due to me not having noticed earlier that the old exhaust filter was well past its best. I'll know better next time.

Bought this to replace the existing filter (I wasn't aware it should have been changed each year), and after not replacing it for 7 years, the vacuum died a week after replacing it! But Miele are a quality manufacturer and produce quality products so 5 stars from me.

Effective filter for the Miele "Cat & Dog" that I have owned for years. This filter now has a replacement indicator that should show when it needs replacing, which the old ones didn't.A good quality replacement part if you have the right Miele model(s).

Bought as a replacement filter for s7210 upright cleaner. At first I thought it was too large for the slot, but you do have to force it in with slight force. Since the machine is built like a King Tiger Tank then this was not a problem.

Works in S7000 series, but you have to push it in hard and use the lid flap to force it until it clicks in. Miele telephone support had to have a go and she told me to use force!Once in it works perfectly, nice clean air, no odour.

Bought this to fit in my daughter's vacuum cleaner which we are stowing for her; had never had this item replaced since new! Fitted perfectly. We can now use the vacuum to clean up after our black Labrador! What a difference!!!

My cleaner stopped whilst using it so was unable to carry on sorting out the Christmas mess on the carpets but I was only a few days without it as the filter came very quickly so now fully working again.
