I really like this jacket. At first, I wasn't overwhelmed with it, not because of quality, but because it was late May when I bought it and to warm to wear, so I put it aside; but, when the temperatures dropped and the wind picked up, this jacket became beloved.I have a Vaude poly/wool hooded shirt with the Vaude Windshell Croz jacket layered beneath.I did not overheat with all the layers on; all three layers breathed well together.The Cyclone jacket has a brushed lining which makes the jacket soft and warm.I am very glad I got this jacket at the price I did.

A solid construction, a lot thicker than some windbreakers and highly waterproof. I enjoyed the extra pockets and the wrist sealing is good.
