This is an excellent upgrade to any headset. I decided to get a wireless headset because of all the fuss and mess the wires caused. Now I can stand up with ease! The sound is very rich compared to the x12 (my previous headset). Id say that the x12 was more comfortable as it has more padding on the head rest and my ears are too big for the headphones. However that being said the cinematic experience when playing is amazing, the positives heavily outweigh the negatives. A good buy overall.

Absolutely amazing deep sound quality, and great for chatting. Voice/Game sound balancing is great. Bluetooth function is great and allows multi tasking when wearing the headset. Only down fall is the fact that you need to buy rechargeable batteries to make the most of this product, but that is expected when buying a wireless product, although batteries don't last all that long.

This product is very good bought this because i wanted change from my old headset and this seemed a good product. The sound is awesome , sooo easy to set up took me 2 mins .Very comfortable however i do get headaches after wearing them for long periods of time , but i think that's just me not the product. Overall very happy and good buy ,would recommend.

Bought as replacement for X41 workhorse headset. Almost identical to the X41 in performance but without the popping interference that was becoming common place with the X41 headset. Base unit much smaller with USB power input hard wired and not user serviceable. Mic seems to be much much more sensitive picking up background noises in the room.

Now I can game into the night without being too anti-social - Excellent sound quality, surround sound and all, no wires to fuss about.The only gripe I had was fitting it to the X-Box because you need a slim plug with fibre optic connection.Something I had to order after buying this product, something that was never shown as required.

Was a bit hesitant about purchasing these at first due to mixed reviews about them but I am very pleased with them and can't fault them in any way. Sound quality is amazing and I don't suffer with the buzzing which a few of the others seem to have done.Would definitely recommend these based on my experience with them

My son absolutely loves these headphones, if you are serious about gaming then you need these as part of your equipment, The surround sound really brings games to life. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. No interference from wireless routers as with previous model to these, go on treat yourself.

bought for my son for computer games.after 7 months they would not communicate wirelessly with main box.amazon replaced with new set which now work fine.i suppose every once in a while something has to go wrong,but i was very pleased with amazon customer service assistance.

Even though these are for the 360 they CAN be used on Xbox One and to be fair...they are STILL the best sound quality going. Mine only broke because they met a swift end at my hands (haha) but I'm sure, like my old ones, these will last me a while to come.

Got for my son's birthday. He absolutely loves them. Despite reading other reviews about their quality, they seem well made and robust to me. Great sound which enhances the COD games that he loves.

Excellent headset, my son is now in a world truly of his own. Could have done with a warning to remove the protective collars onb the optical audio connectors otherwise simple to set up and use.
