Perhaps guessing that my cats wouldn't like a collar and lead I bought one to try out on each of them first. The clips seemed sturdy enough and the material is definitely strong. Packaging recommends you open and close the clips a few times before trying them out on the cat which was good advice as they were a little stiff.I put a little pile of treats on the table to distract each cat from what I was trying to do (one positive effect is they no longer jump on the table!). Harness was pretty easy to get on despite much wriggling and complaining.Well the long and short of it is neither boy would tolerate it. One just fell off the table like he'd been shot,

I was looking for a cat harness for a large, oversized, white fluffy demon. Amazing product, and even had 'Good luck, no risk, no fun' on one of the straps, I kid you not. This sums up our experience perfectly, and while our cat didn't take to the harness or to being outside what-so-ever, we cannot fault the product.We had to wear gardening gloves to put it on the cat, but it seems we didn't factor in to the sheer temperament of her.When we actually managed to put it on our cat, however, she struggled a bit while we were tending to our wounds, but settled down, and didn't manage to slip out what-so-ever.Great product, bad cat, damaged hands.

Bought for my maine coon. This is our 4th lead as she's outgrown the previous ones and is currently at 6KG but i think this will stay now until she's fully grown which should be another 2 years away. The straps are very adjustable and do go out to quite a large size.It can be difficult to do it up around the belly (if yours doesn't like being touched there) but we just put a few treats in the floor and did it up while she was eating.Otherwise it's very strong and durable, the colour also stands out nicely and doesn't blend into her fur too much so I can see if it's twisted round or anything.

I have been looking for a harness for my cat for a long time. He is a big cat, 4.5 kg, and all the harnesses I have found before are not big enough and seem rather flimsy. This one though is perfect. It fits him well, and looks and feels well made. The clips allow me to sneak it around his neck and belly and secure it quickly and, after just a couple of goes, he no longer struggles when I put it on him. I would definitely recommend this for the bigger cats out there.

This is the second one of these harness and lead sets we have purchased. My cat is a very large maine coon who weighs 24 lbs and this harness fits him well and securely. On the odd time he has lunged quickly at something, it has come undone via the safety snap buckle system. Highly recommended.

My cat hated the harness part that goes around her belly but it does add protection, you can easily tug without hurting them. Only downside is that the lead itself isn't long but good if you want to keep a very close eye on your pet.

Very strong cat harness and lovely colour and pattern. You can get much cheaper versions from other sellers but the quality on this harness is great. Pleased I went for the dearer option as it was worth it.

I brought this harness and lead so my cat can come in our motorhome on holiday as he is getting old, he is getting used to it and it is a shame you could not choose the colour but it is a good buy. X

Didn’t dislike anything so easy to put on my Ragdoll finds it comfortable a lot of give yet secure, would highly recommend , reasonable price too

Evcellent product , our cats have taken to them with little or no problems , and seem to enjoy being outside and safe .. highly recommended

Excellent fit for my large cat, and she seems very comfortable in it :-). It's got plenty of room for adjustment, and easy to put on.

Fits my large Ragdoll cat with room to spare. Easy to adjust (he is pretty quiet though and doesn't wriggle too much). Great product.

Having 2 large cats British blues with necks. Of 26 cm it fits with room for growth
