This has got to be *the *smallest internal filter I have ever seen in my entire life. Seriously, it stands a little over 5" tall so it's easy to tuck away, even in a small tank. And despite only burning 5w it turns over a surprising amount of water, making it very efficient - it certainly turns over water quicker than I had expected.The only downside is that it comes with one of those dorky two-pin plugs attached, so I spent another pound and a penny on one of those plug adaptor thingies (World of Data® Shaving Adaptor/PLug UK Standard, to be exact). I'm happy to report that it does the job perfectly.

I've been running this for a month or so now. It is very effective. Water is crystal clear in my 64L Fishbox. Took out carbon to use Pimafix / Melafix for what turned out to be nothing. Removing carbon media was easy and replenishing will be too as it has its own case. Other filter media should be easy too. Better than a lot of makes who tie you to using their own media refills. Came with 2 pin US style plug, so needed an adapter but at this price I wasn't bothered. Highly recommend, so far anyway!

had 2 of these "clear seal 700 /magic jet 700"/Trixie 86120 M700 Internal Filter 10 W same thing, filtration systems they are great ,they have a 2 part filtration charcoal carbon filter & a sponge one . just got a allpondsolutions 600IF what a piece of junk

great unit for the price. lots of head attachments to suit most needs, great filtration for its size. four stars because no flow rate control and developed a little rattle over time

ideal small filter for a small tank very hard to find any anywhere this was a godsend and very good value for the money would highly recommend it

I didn’t like this at first because of the two prong plug- you’ll need an adapter. But upon using it it’s really good and does the job

it works well, im very happy with it , it is quiet in use and keeps my tank water very clear
