I aim to swim 2 or 3 times a week in a local pool. My hair is growing and my previous swim cap couldn't cope with the volume. The cap fits, is relatively easy to put on and so far has remained in place. It doesn't however keep the hair dry. When you find one of that size and that also has the internal fillet to prevent water getting in, please let me know. I have family and friends who would be pleased to hear of it. Having tried lots of other caps this one comes out best. It actually stays in place and doesn't slide up. It is a little loose and would accommodate long hair, mine is short. The cap covers the ears well but does not keep them dry when the head is under water.
