Awful piece of of equipment. It's great on paper, and maybe it works if you use a single SSID, but the moment you try doing anything more complicated (multuple SSIDs and VLANs) you're looking at resetting regularly. Just cycling the power doesn't fix it, you need to modify some settings, and the change them back. Sometimes it'll run for a fortnight, other times it's as little as 36 hours.Using port mirroring on our switch I can see that DHCP responses are being sent to the Access Point, but the AP isn't sending those on to the client, so the clients are unable to connect.I've updated firmware, wiped configuration and re-entered it (not restoring a backed up configuration) and I still get these issues.

We wrestled with this unit for several months and couldn't make it reliable. It randomly drops Wi-Fi connections. In addition the VLAN functionality is completely broken, I had several paid sessions with networking consultants, they could see no trace of the packets being tagged. The manufacturers support is very poor. No firmware update since 2013, when it really needs it's many issues fixing. Replaced with a LinkSys LAPn600 WAP, rock solid and totally reliable

needs resetting before you can access and amend its settings. manual reads like it's been translated by a computer. bit harder than I would have like to set up for the money.
