We have three medium/large dogs so a good dog guard is essential for any trip as they always try to join the family in the back/front seats. This dog guard wins on three key points:1) It's designed for the car I ownI've always made the mistake of buying a generic dog guard that claims to fit any car and always been disappointed by the fit. This model is designed to fit the specific model of car I own. As a result it fits perfectly and allows the car to function easily so I can leave it permanently installed (eg. the rear seats are still able to fold up/down without any complicated adjustments or needing to remove the dog guard). I'll never buy a generic fit guard again,

Took a whole 10 mins to install. This attaches to the factory hooks in the trunk, using two knobs. Quick, easy and seems more secure than what you would purchase at "Pet shops." We tried one of the other styles on our Subaru, result being indents on the headliner and the flooring which reduced our trade in value. True it may cost a little more, but the quality and certification (European TUV inspection which is normally a higher standard then the US DOT). Don't take my word look it up. Look at Forums for your car. I found awesome reviews on this on Club Touareg before I purchased.

This arrived swiftly, fits just as it should and nothing was missing. I suppose it should fit but as thats what its made for but i have had other dog guards that arn't quite so perfect.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband (his request). It works great, is sturdy and fits well but was not easy to install. I found it very expensive for what you get.

We have a chocolate Labrador so we wanted to keep Coco securely in the back of our car. It works but the assembly instructions were not good!

Good quality barrier ease to assemble, just attach hooks on the bottom , legs on top and no interfere with back seats adjustments !

not too difficult to install, works great and provides full coverage so doggo can't slide his head though narrow openings.

The product is very well made without a doubt. The instructions are not that good.

Instructions could be a bit better. Clearer larger diagrams would be useful.
