When I was searching for a pet barrier for our 2015 ML250 the choices were a bit limited. The cheap netting barriers have an attractive price but I suspect those often end poorly. There are several "universal" barriers that are fairly inexpensive, but a common lament I saw in the reviews is that they tend to need constant adjusting and tightening. They also are installed floor to ceiling behind the rear seat so take up a extra bit of floor space unless you fold the rear seats down. I saw references to a barrier made by Mercedes, but I saw saw a post that it was discontinued, and it also apparently was ~$500.I ended up getting the Travall barrier because it looked well made and I liked that it was specifically fitted for my model.

I'd been looking for a quality dog guard or crate for months.I tried other products that I had to send back due to really poor quality, so was really pleased to find this high quality product, solid, metal not plastic.Went to Mercedes and was quoted £400 - £500 for essentially the same thing!Fits really well, one of the only products that seems to fit the new GLE350.The only slight issue is it comes with a couple of metal hook type things which seem to come loose quite a bit & are pretty tricky to tighten up again, aside from this, great product!

This is a beautifully built pet barrier. It was obviously the correct one for the type of vehicle we have. However, due to the slight variances from one model year to the next the tie dowm rods were not quite long enough. I needed to add some extenders which I created myself. Some sort of adapter or alternate rods should have been contained in the kit. If not for this minor problem, I would give it a five star rating.

Solid sturdy product with great fit for my 2012 MB ML350 Bluetec. Good packaging and arrived in 2 days ( said 5-8 days shipping). $35 for shipping is on the high end. Assembled and installed in about 10 mins. Hooks/tie-down rods a bit cumbersome and should be improved to make product perfect! I will use some short "ratcheting straps" I have next time. Very happy over all!

It pays to get a barrier that is made to fit the vehicle. I had a 'general one'. Fido eventually found a way to pry an opening. Jumped out of the window that was left open and into the street. Luckily a disaster was averted. Do not take a chance to save a few dollars.

Manufacturer said it wouldn't fit a GLS and wouldn't let me have measurements for copyright reasons. So I worked out the size from the pictures and as the GLS shares a lot with the GLE I ordered one anyway and it is a PERFECT FIT.

Really nice! The installation wasn't too difficult. And, unlike other dog barriers, this one stays put, doesn't rattle or wiggle, and doesn't make marks on the roof or sides of the car. Sturdy and well-designed.

Well made, a good finish and a perfect fit to the car fixings. Some parts were not as shown in the description photos but were perfectly good alternatives. Quite easily de-mounted when required.

Bought a cheaper one and if you have a dog of any size or determination they will push through. .. This is the ultimate in in strength and ease of installation. Buy this one

Great product and perfect fit. I ended up using straps to versus the bolt to hold it to the latch easier to remove when needed.
